Donations & refunds

Donations are non-refundable. If you made a gift by mistake — for example, an incorrect amount or a duplicate — email us and we will help sort it out.
If you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it. Tax receipts are issued for qualifying donations.
Dress donation terms
When you donate a dress or accessories, you confirm that the items are yours to give and that they are in the condition described — lightly worn, clean, and free of rips or stains. You agree that all donated items become the property of Dress Campaign Inc.
We reserve the right to decline any dress or accessory that does not meet our condition guidelines. Donated items we cannot use may be passed to another organization or responsibly disposed of, at our discretion.
